Spring

Well, the children decided 6 am on a Saturday was a good time to get up. So with all this extra time I have this morning I decided to blog before it gets away from me.

We have been up to a lot lately. Lots of bike riding, playing, singing.....

First, we are so proud of Wyatt. He has had a great year at school and grown leaps and bounds since last year. He even got on stage with his class and sang. Big stuff for this guy.

We celebrated Easter with church, egg hunt, more bike rides and even a little swimming.

First Hike of the Season

We have been craving some warm spring-like weather, so today we took advantage of the sunshine and took the kids on a "hike". For the most part the kids did great, and walked a mile or two themselves.

Wyatt gave up on the way back and snuck a ride with Dad on the way back..

Let the bike ridin' begin...

Rylie is ready to ride her bike! She as already been on two bike rides with dad and its only Tuesday. Wyatt is watching a trying and its pretty cute. He finally figured out how to hop up and sit on it by himself. He puts his feet on the peddles and usually just puts on the breaks. He is getting there. Anything sister does he wants to do too! Its gonna be so fun when they can ride thier bikes together. I have so many memories of those times!!!

We have missed outside.

and although we are still pretty much confined to our driveway we are trying to make the most out of what spring we get here in Colorado.

It has been a long, tough winter and I am sure there is still more come, but we are going to take what we can get.
