Christmas 2015

This Christmas as been a white one indeed. We are so thankful to have had this great White snow along with some special Family by our side.

Christmas eve we headed downtown to see some friends play at a local Coffee Shop. It was such a special way to start the day and so beautiful downtown.

Then we headed sledding downtown.
It just snowed and snowed.

Christmas eve, Aunt Patti and Scott arrived to say hello and the kids attempted an early bedtime. They did well to waking up. Not coming out of their rooms until 6:15.

We promptly called GeGa and Granddad and they hiked over in the Blizzard to watch us all open presents.

Aunt Patti and Scott came over later in the afternoon where we enjoyed a yummy dinner and another blistery walk through the storm.

It was a very Merry Christmas indeed....

What!

Two months it has been, since I posted here. A lot has happened as you likely know.
Updates will come soon. I promise. But for now I thought I would share with you some pieces from this year's Christmas Program at church.  It is always such a treat to be a part of this sweet family.

This same Sunday I also was able to work once again with Jason and Denise. Some sweet friends and amazing musical artists here in Pagosa.
I know many of you have heard their first album Song of Hope.
Amazing yes!
Now they are working on their second The Promise Land. Please click on their website to see how you can help. I am honored to get to work with them once again. See if you can find our sweet kiddos through out the video!

Christmas Part two...

Christmas morning we woke up to a sick Wyatt. He, however, managed to miss his "field journal" which he had slept with and was very proud of this fact.
Rylie waited until the clock was "almost" 6:00 then woke everyone up. They opened stockings while waiting for everyone from the condo to come over.

Wyatt's Christmas was filled with Hot Wheels.
We then attempted some Haynie Family pictures.
Its been a while since all of us where together.
It felt good!!

not sure whats happening here...

The "new" Mr and Mrs Thomas Gray Haynie II

The clouds finally parted and we were able to see the mountains after a week of snow.
It did however get very very cold after this!!

The day after Christmas Mom and Dad headed to Kansas to visit Aunt Patti and Gray and Licia had to head back to Cali. So we all headed to the train museum in Durango to wind down a little.

Boys and their Wall:E

It took us several days to get adjusted after everyone left. Two full weeks with family was so wonderful and we miss them terribly.

**We did take Wyatt back to the Doctor. Because he was having headaches and trouble hearing even after his medicine. He still had a double ear infection and was put on another round of antibiotics. The doctor is wondering if he has a sinus infection as well, which would likely cause the headache's he was having around Christmas. We will go back in 10 days to have another look to see if they have cleared up.
