This weekend...

Lets see what did we do,

 Saturday we had a couple friends over in the morning. 

We headed down to Rylie's school for the kids Fair and enjoyed lots of fun crafts to do.

wyatt was very serious about his crafts!

We saw Mrs. Kristine from the library.

Sunday was beautiful, finally. So we decided to hike up to Chimney Rock. 

The kids did great, we thought we might actually hike the full 3 miles to the top until Wyatt got stung. We didn't want to take too many chances since it was right on his neck so we turned around about half way.

We thought it was a bee sting but now think it was likely just a deer fly. 

We then decided to drive down to Navajo Lake and hike around there. 

We were quite stunned to see there was so little water in the lake.

 So then we just decided to go home and have ice cream and ride our bikes.

Rylie is determined to ride without training wheels!
